Why our kite school?
To learn kitesurfing for us was not as easy as it is nowadays. Because of that we know mainly all the mistakes what people can make during the learning process. We also understand that sometimes learning a new sport can be frustrating and we know special ways to push your limits.
With more than 10 years of experience in teaching kitesurfing and Master degree of Physical Education you will be in good hands!
In our kite school safety comes first!
During the kitesurf lessons you will first learn everything what is needed to be independtly safe on the water.
Kitesurfing has never been easier than in this shallow (waist deep) flat lagoon.
Our policy is quality over quantity!
We teach kitesurfing mainly in small groups or do private lessons for fastest progression possible.
We truly believe that kitesurfing is for everyone and so far we have been able to prove this!?
In addition, we always have up to date equipment thanks to RRD, the most well-known brand in Italy.
We have special kitesurf equipments for light winds and for children.
We use radio helmets for advanced kite lessons, therefore you can ride further, practice more with the comfort of having the instructor with you.
We offer supervised kite rental!
In case you feel insecure we are happy to stay with you during your kite sessions through the radio helmet.
We have different types of kites to rent, and we will help you to choose according to your level.

We have a nice chill-out area with shades, chairs, etc.
We have a shower and bathroom not to mention the bar where you can eat, drink and rejuvenate 🙂
Wind?
Spring: We start our season from mid March! The wind can be anything between 10-40knots till June!Many days with Sirocco from the south what can go up till 35-40knots
Summer season: June-August constant termic wind from the North buliding up during the day! Starts arould 10-11 and gets stronger till 5-6 then it starts to get weaker again.
Autumn: September-Mid November
Same as spring!

Tasty Breakfast
Il Mulino Bar
If you have a sweet tooth, your favorite meal of the day will be breakfast in Sicily. The croissants are fluffy and filled with thick cream and the coffee is just perfect. We tried a small coffee shop the first year we came here and we are addicted ever since. It’s on the main street of the „kite village”, Birgi, called Il Mulino Bar. Having breakfast there is simply the best way to start the day.
Bar Di Saro:
Saro is also a faimous Bar what was opened in 1977. They offer breakfast lunch and also Dinner!
De Vita
Less attractive from the outside, but for sure you’ll be a regular in De Vita too, once you try their speciality: zuppa di cozze (mussle soup). This dish made of fresh mussles, tomato sauce, garlic and parsley is simple yet heavenly. Our other favourite from the menu is the pasta with smoked ham (or shrimp) and pistachio cream sauce. De Vita also makes undoubtedly the best cannolo in town, which is a traditional sicilian dessert made with ricotta. This restaurant is a family business, so you can see the same faces each time you go there. Friendly service and great value for money.
