Safaria

The concept of Safaria is blending an adventure with a gastronomic experience in a unique, natural setting. You can embark on a small journey first and discover the wildlife of this beautiful land on a Jeep, with a tour guide who makes sure you meet some of the wild animals that live in the reserve: ostrich, mouflon, deer, wild boar etc.

After the safari, you can attend either a 3 course dinner or enjoy a cocktail and some aperitivo all made of fresh, local ingredients. The venue is amazing and with all the staff dressed in khaki and wearing safari hats, it really feels like being in a movie scene. The service and the atmosphere is impeccable, you can tell that the owners and everyone involved in this project put their hearts into it.

It’s in the Valley of Belice, in Castelvetrano. a bit further from other tourist destinations in the area, but it’s definitely worth the detour.
