Few years ago we discovered an amazing climbing spot just 1 hour drive from Lo Stagnone. San Vito Lo Capo is a paradise for rock climbers! There are routes for all levels and the view from the top is truly rewarding.

You can take your own gear and climb there for free! If you don’t have then you can rent harness and rope from one of the shops in town. If you are planning a proper climbing holiday, you can stay at the camping right at the foot of the rocks. El Bahira is a super cozy and well-equipped camp. We really liked the vibes there! People are friendly, everything is clean and they offer all sorts of accommodations. Mobile homes, wood houses or you can stay in your own tent/camper and use the shared kitchen and bathrooms.
